Steiner Home Education Australia offers our family experience and support with a three-day week Steiner/Waldorf home education program, based on our professional and family experience. The Steiner curriculum acknowledges and supports the unfolding of child consciousness, thereby providing a basis for which we can bring healthy, living pictures at the appropriate stage of the child’s development.

Steiner Home Education Australia is the culmination of our family’s combined experience. Rachel is a qualified teacher and has been home-educating our four children for over thirteen years, using our own program derived from our extensive personal experience and involvement with Steiner pedagogy.

Tim has been a class teacher in Australian Steiner schools for over twenty years, teaching his third consecutive seven-year cycle, and has lectured on Steiner Education at various universities in both QLD and NSW. Previously Tim has been a school delegate for Steiner Education Australia, the peak body of Steiner Education in our country, and is an author and regular speaker across QLD and NSW.

Regardless of where you live in Australia, we can offer you a workable and sustainable Steiner-based home education curriculum for you and your children to enjoy. Together, we bring you an  education towards freedom - in every sense. One that fits the needs of your family.
